Thoughts on DUET...

Orchids are such creative flowers. They come in so many interesting shapes and colors.

Florists can get in a few of the "Queens of the Orchids", cattleyas, but to find

some more interesting varieties I purchase orchid plants from growers.

I'm just hoping that they will come to like the environment I have provided for them so they will bloom again!

I love finding just the right shape and size of glass to put them in

and then anchor them with my favorite green rocks, which look like they are back in a river when they are in water.

They are a reminder that all things, even these exotic ladies, are generous gifts from the earth.
