Thoughts on FRESH MORNING...
I love the blues of newly opened Morning Glories,
and I remember loving the smell of fresh sun dried linens
that my grandmother had hung out on the clothesline.
That's what I wanted to communicate with this painting,
and when I see it,
the smells and colors of summer mornings return to me.
