Thoughts on THE JOURNEY
For millennia the egg has been a symbol of birth,
and the bird has been a symbol for the spirit or soul.
The spiral has been a symbol of life,
because sometimes our journeys take us on just that sort of a path.
I was enchanted by this cut crystal egg because
it is such an elegant representative of that beautifully simple form.
