Thoughts on La Luna...

This painting is really about all of the various reflections in the flower.
The satin and the leaves all reflect into the shimmering white of the flowers,
so that the flowers take on some of the surrounding colors.
I named it La Luna because the whites of the flower illuminate just like the moon.
