Thoughts on True Heart...

Drapery can be such a dynamic element, adding movement and direction to the composition,
which makes it really intriguing to work with. 
And I absolutely love white and blue together, so this image was very compelling for me. 
The blue drapery and swirls in the bowl remind me of water that is gently moving.
You cannot see it in this digital image, 
but the blue is layered with many transparent glazes so it has a lot of depth,
and the dark areas have some mystery to them.
